Our Warfarin Clinics are held on a weekly basis at the surgery.Adhoc & urgent appointments out of these clinics can be arranged by the Warfarin Nurse. The service is available to both registered and non-registered patients via referral from GP or Hospital. We use the quick and instant finger prick test to monitor your blood INR level and will then adjust your dose as necessary.
